Well, happy holidays! For those who don't have it now, nevermind, your turn will come.
Yay! CNY is here!
Prepare to get rich and unhealthy. Unless my parents decides to keep my ang baos again, in which case i shall be forced to kick up a huge fuss and make my CNY as miserable as possible.
Truth is, i don't know what i want to buy with the money. I don't have any thing i really really desire now. Like a spanking new laptop (which i know i need) or a better mp3 player (cos my zen is just about dead) yet i don't feel that i want to get them.
I'm hanging in the oblivion of needing things and not wanting them. Sigh..... ....
Oh yeah, my wisdom tooth is coming out, so that probably means i'm getting smarter and more knowledgeable of the astro physics of this confounding universe.
Wahooo! If the tooth continues to grow, i'll wear a white turban and levitate myself 2 meters off the ground and answer any questions for the simple price of your liver.
Oh. It's frikking painful anyway. Oww..... right in CNY too. *cries*
5 hrs of linework + 5 hours of shading = 10 hrs of complete misery
I shall never ever draw another drawing this emo. Should have picked a better topic. Drawing the pirate assignment was way more fun than spending i++ hours looking at wires and no-gendered-humans.
Gaaarr... and i had really little reference for this, unlike the pirate one. So many times I'd spend 15 mins doing nothing but staring at the paper thinking "where the hell should i shade next?".
Speaking of i++, i know the only way to pass my authoring test today if is i became god and can shoot fireballs out from my retinas.
In other words, not bloody likely.
Mr Choong should have made a pre-recorded mpg that played at the beginning of the test wif a digital-rain shot of his face saying "Failure is inevitable! Do not be optimistic! Do not click onMouseEnter me! Do not pass Go and get $200! There is NO boolean! There is only } else if (FALSE) = GoToHell{ "
That way, we can all give up on authoring and go back to our lives of being mitochondria.
This post is getting more and more boring. So i'm adding a pic that could brighten up your day!
My favourite flavour is red bean. My most hated is corn.
Yes! Got my ram upgraded!
Ever wondered why we joined Digital design instead of Industrial?
That's cos we don't want to hold a stupid saw, of course. And that's what this assignment required of me. And a drill. And some screwdrivers. Grrrr....
I sat on the storeroom floor for 3 days to make the cube that looked really easy in theory but was an absolute bugger in real life.
Anyway, if you want to make a cube like that, these are the materials you'll need.
When i tried to coil the wire for the spring, it sprang loose and cut my knuckle and my eye. Terrific.
My knuckle bled a bit, i didn't know it until the blood dripped onto my precious box!! Fortunately i managed to get most of it off. The remaining spot i intend to add petals around it and turn it into a flower. Yay. See? Genius me.
Yesterday i went to MS's house to play guncon games.
In particular, a relatively unknown thing like Vampire Night.
The game was really short (abt 30 mins to reach the last boss), shorter, if i counted MS's sister helping me out with a 2nd gun. We were shooting like lunatics at the TV screen, and both earned accuracy-percentage ratings of a bit more than double our shoe sizes.
The casualties after the game were a few hundred vampires, 4 ugly-looking bosses, all the villagers we were supposed to save, 2 bloodied fingers (from shooting & reloading) and 3 broken ribs from trying not to laugh at how unspeakably bad the voice acting and movie cut-scenes were.
If you thought Time Crisis 2/3's cut-scenes and dialogs were borderline cheesy, Vampire Night's ones are so outrageously done you should play it just to experience how atrocious in-game cinema can get. Absolutely hilarious.
Hmmm... Now that school has started, my life hasn't taken a turn for the worse. Yet. I can't believe i'm getting Mr Edwin for my drawing teacher. I didn't even know he teaches that subject. But he's okay....... Better than what i could have gotten ....

I will grudgingly include my brother, Matthew, in my credits for the 3rd try because he looked at my first few attempts and said it looked atrocious and helped me redo the batter and fry the 3rd batch.
